Project targets and tasks

  1. Reduction of missing parts and wrong parts in the company of delivery JIS
  2. Fulfilment of quality requirements, high customer expectation of seat sets
  3. Organisation of the departments in the administrative branch
  4. Improvement of reworking process (incoming goods), incorrect receipts of goods as a need for the first customer calls
  5. Elimination of transport damages, internal transport and JIS route
  6. In-plant support of the plant manager by the start-up management team, main concentration of this function on the communication with OEM

 

Project flow

  • Actual analysis of layouts/processes, development of target requirements for start-up management
  • Restructuring of internal logistic processes, incoming goods storage, picking areas and upholstery areas, finish, sequence - outgoing goods
  • Introduction of reworking zone with detailed rework requirements (initial customer supply), partial outsourcing to external service provider/supplier and elimination of NOK deliveries with increasing scale of production
  • Takeover of interim management functions in the areas industrial engineering, quality management and factory management support
  • Introduction of suitable transport protection systems (workpiece holder and soiling protection)
  • Introduction of quality circle, realisation of product optimisation
