A customer receives a new order with a high volume and requires approx. 10,000 m² of additional production space for an independently operating plant. A nearby warehouse belonging to a logistics service provider provides the ideal basis for conversion into a production hall. The service provider had previously acted as a distributor with a direct connection to the customer.

- Commercial processing with the logistics service provider
- Integration of the new plant into the existing plant security concept and restructuring of logistics processes
- Office unit for approx. 25 employees, social wing for approx. 150 employees
- Conversion of the logistics hall into a modern production hall with appropriate energy technology
