Born in Munich in 1988 Bachelor of Arts
Isabella studied international management at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, completing one semester at Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia in Italy. Since 2005, Isabella has assisted our company in the back office, in particular the UTPB executive management so that they can place a greater focus on company development.
Independently of the experiences gained in the office, Isabella regularly accompanied the management to project status meetings and acquisition appointments during business trips. She continually developed her experience related to the requirements within the automotive industry and the project services of UTPB.
Isabella first gained industrial experience at Faurecia Autositze GmbH, with its headquarters in Neuburg a.d. Donau. Within the context of an internship in the specialist area of Human Resources, Isabella was employed in applicant management and personnel development. Her bachelor thesis focused on the topic of “Labour Law in the People's Republic of China”. She selected this area of emphasis because, with the founding of a representation in Shanghai, UTPB now also became intensively involved in own personnel acquisition on site.
