Born in Saarland in 1963 Industrial management assistant
Gabriele Usner now commands over 20 years of industrial experience.
Before our twins were born, she worked in sales at Siemens AG. There she was responsible for equipping the ongoing operations of dental practices as well as for providing the complete set of equipment when new dental practices opened.
After around 7 years devoted full-time to family responsibilities, she took the post of assistant to the head of wage and salary calculation and time management at Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG. Aside from her customary activities as assistant, she was responsible for taking care of and managing payment-related matters for personnel outside the scope of regular pay-scale arrangements, as well as the production of manuals for personnel duties and the introduction of CD-based archiving arrangements.
When the family moved to Augsburg (in Bavaria), she took on the post of assistant to the global production manager for a worldwide leader in the production of robots. The knowledge and skills she thus acquired in the organisation of production and in international cooperation with sister companies were the perfect complement to her commercial knowledge.
