UTPB has been involved with machine building since its earliest days. As a specialist in the area of industrial engineering, we have worked closely with this industry for over 25 years. Until a few years ago, UTPB could be considered more of a customer to machine builders. This balance has been increasingly shifting. Machine builders have become especially challenging customers for UTPB. Small series production, custom machines and custom articles demand particularly well-organised processes and company structures.
For years, we have been realising projects in this area as well. We support companies seeking to implement lean principles and better organise their processes with streamlined structures. This largely involves ambitious projects that we contribute to as specialists in order to ensure the customer’s strong position on the market. These projects always have very particular demands since our customers in these cases are not mass market manufacturers.
